Below are described the general car rental terms that occur under our services. They do not limit or constitute in full the conditions presented in your rental contract.

We respects privacy and does not sell or divulge any information about its customers. We do not collect or keep any credit card information on our web site. All credit card payments are made through third party - PayPal and secured through Secure Sockets Layer /SSL/. Your credit card data will stay strictly confidential. We are a verified Paypal member.

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely to send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

This web site provides a large amount of information and there will inevitably be errors in it. We accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. We reserve the right to change the information published on our web site at any time and without any notice.

A Car Rental booking can be made through our request form or in writing - email, fax. At the time of the booking a small reservation deposit is required to secure your reservation. Any car rental reservation becomes final after the requested deposit is received in our account. If you fail to send your reservation deposit we may cancel your booking at any time. Payments are accepted instantly, online on our web site by Credit card. A booking is confirmed when a car rental the customer receives a car rental voucher by email or fax. The full rental amount and the security deposit are collectible before or at the time of the bike/car pick-up.

The renter agrees to obey all Bulgarian lows and traffic regulations. All traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period are  renter's responsibility and are payable upon car return.

• A driving license valid  for at least one year
• A passport or ID card with permanent address on it
• The required minimum age is 21 years

Modification of an existing reservation is subject to availability. Each reservation paid and confirmed by voucher requires a customer service agent to modify the reservation manually. Therefore a 25 EUR administrative fee applies for all reservation modifications. 

We reserve the right to withhold the reservation deposit paid in advance for car rentals cancelled less than 48 before the commencement of the rental. Modification of an existing reservation is subject to availability.

A Security deposit is required (but not always) with a certain car models. If required, the deposit is due upon car pick-up. It will be refunded to you when the car is returned with no damage at the end of the rental period.

All insurance coverage and waivers are subject to the express term and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage or injury, personal property theft, or damage as the result of negligence of the renter. For all car rentals the the renter is required to contact the lessor and file a Police Report within 24 hours of any damage or accident during the rental period. All damages to the rented vehicle without a police report is considered Renter's fault and insurance is void. All car rental models are insured with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). The following conditions apply:

Damages, losses or theft to the rented vehicle are covered by CDW IN FULL, if :

• the driver contacts the lessor and obtains a police report within 24 hours of the accident
• the cause of the accident is not driver's fault according to the police report
• the driver is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the accident

Damages, losses or theft to the vehicle are LIMITED to amount of the security deposit, if:

• the driver contacts the lessor and obtains a police report within 24 hours of the accident
• the cause of the accident is driver's fault according to the police report
• the driver is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the accident

Damages, losses or theft to the vehicle are NOT covered by the insurance in the following cases:

• failure to file a Police Report within 24 hours of any damage or accident
• negligence to provide secure parking space or leaving the vehicle unattended
• driving if under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• deliberate or willful damage by renter or guest
• more passengers than the available seats
• operation by any one not licensed
• failure to maintain all fluid levels
• travel in restricted area
• failure to use specified fuel
• damages of tires and wheels
• damages to the car interior
• loss of keys or documents

Some rental models have an additional Super Damage Waiver (SDW) which  reduces your responsibility as a renter to "0" in case of any accident or damage to the vehicle stated "your fault" in the police report. Damages, losses or theft to the vehicle are FULLY COVERED by the SDW if:

• the driver contact the lessor and obtains a police report within 24 hours of the accident.
• the driver is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the accident

SDW vary from EUR 8-10 per day and can be purchased additionally for car models that do not have it.

All car rentals include unlimited mileage within the territory of Bulgaria. Fuel is not included in the rental rate and you are supposed to return the car with the same amount of fuel registered upon car pick-up. If less, € 1per liter charge is applied.
