Excellent service as usual! Fifth time renting from MOTOROADS. Service has always been on point. Even though our flight was delayed a bit, MOTOROADS representative (Ema) was there waiting for for us to meet and greet us at the exit of the baggage gate. After a quick run through the documents and formalities we got the keys and papers and we headed down to pickup the car. A walk around the car for any damages on the car and off we were. No problems whatsoever with the car during our use (10 days - Sofia to north of Bulgaria)And upon return (very early) 5am at terminal 2. We were again greeted by a MOTOROADS representative. Who kindly asked us to check, if we didn`t leave any belongings in the car, e, g, like a phone / wallet or more important a pasport. But all was good. Handed over the papers and keys and back again in our home town. We`re always glad to rent from MOTOROADS! No hassle, and easy to contact them, if there is anything. Highly recommended!
