Met at airport as we came out of baggage reclaim, very friendly and helpfull, we rented an 8 seater, was in great shape, returned the van 2 weeks later, again we were met where we had agreed, right outside check in terminal, returned deposit. would recommend this service to anyone, will be booking with them again.

I used you in June 2009 with a transfer taxi from Varna Airport and was very impressed with the service. Though the driver didn`t speak english I felt at ease and safe and the car was uptodate and very clean. This time I want to hire a small car on the 27/4/2010 and would be very grateful for a discount voucher. I would like to continue this service as I travel alone most of the time and it is good to know a reputable company with reseasonable prices.

We hired our 2nd car on 20th of April but couldn`t fly due to that vulcanic ashes cloud. Advised MOTOROADS and were allowed to use the paid deposit on the next booking. In the mean while we rebooked and the deposit was deducted.

Everything went without any problems: the car (suzuki swift), pick-up and drop-off times were as per reservation order. I had to reschedule the pick up date\time twice, no issues with that either. Both drivers were very nice and helpful.

We found motor roads web page very easy to navigate, booking was simple, what was stated is what you got, the staff were very polite and helpful, the car was very reliable, our selves and other family members have used motor roads on more than one occasion, and we will continue to do so in the future. thank you for an excellent service.

HI Dimi, This is just to say thank you for all your company’s help with our car hire last week. Everything went very well and the two people who collected the car in the heavy fog at Plovdiv airport were particularly helpful – spending time waiting with us, and making extra phone calls, in case our plane was cancelled and we needed the car again. Fortunately we didn’t because we were bussed to Sofia airport but their patient help was very much appreciated. I will certainly use you again for car hire and recommend you highly to anybody I know when they are travelling to Bulgaria. Thanks again, Tim Sykes
