Everything is fine. A representative of the rental was waiting for us in the airport hall, no more than 5-7 minutes was spent on registration and inspection. AND STILL A GREAT PLUS a deposit on the car was left on a personal to the same representative. Upon the return of the car in 2 weeks, it took 20-30 seconds to inspect and also immediately received my deposit in cash. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! )

I hired a car via MOTOROADS. I am absolutely delighted by the quality of the service. With a smile, polite and speedy even when faced with additional requests early on a Sunday morning in the middle of the 6-day national May holidays. The car (a Peugeot 206 sedan) was in excellent condition, very responsive no matter the weather or condition of the road (and I had to drive in a hail storm of Biblical scale). The handing over and back of the car was swift and without a hitch. Thanks to everyone who helped to make my vacation a memorable experience.

It`s our second time car rental with MOTOROADS both in Bulgaria and abroad. Excellent service. I applied for medium class car and was provided with 2013 Peugeot 308, which was delivered to my home address on the prescheduled time and picked up from there at no cost. Excellent car, almost new, impeccably clean, fuel efficient and comfortable. I will not hesitate to rent again from this company and to recommend it highly to all prospective travelers.

As always, a great service provided by MOTOROADS. I traveled with my two little girls and we were greeted at the airport by the representative as promised and he was very nice and courteous. I got an upgrade on my car as the type of a car I requested was not available, so they gave me an SUV, which was great given that I had 2 children traveling with me. I had no issues with the car while I had it. There was also a representative waiting for us the morning of our departure out of Bulgaria, as promised, which once again was great. Overall, I had a great experience and will rent from them again!
