The car we rented in burgas was delivered and picked up exactly on time. The car was in good working order and clean. The small existing damage was pointed out to me by the polite and helpful staff. Very good value, and will use again.

Dear reader! I decided to rent a car at MOTOROADS due to the transparent, easy to use website and competitive prices. They promise no extra and hidden charges and they stick to that promise. Their attitude toward a customer is professional as well as it is kind. The MOTOROADS team answers all the e-mail questions promptly and satisfactory. They waited for me at the airport when I arrived, helped me put the luggage into a trunk of the car, which was a nice gesture and helped me with the drop of as well. It was my first time driving in Sofia and because of the traffic jam I delayed the drop off for half an hour and it didn’t cause any problems for me, which was excellent. They also checked my flight schedule to reassure me that I’m still on time, since you can imagine one can get nervous in a jam trying to catch a plane. The car was in a good shape, no complains. The only downside that I experienced was a GPS. Since they knew I was traveling to another country and which one, it would be very useful if the GPS had updated maps, unfortunately it didn’t recognize the neighbor country. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely rent a car at MOTOROADS again. Best regards, Blanka

This was the second time we have used MOTOROADS and are still impressed with the service received. The rep was waiting for us at the airport and we received an upgraded car at no extra cost although not sure why :-) We have just booked for a third time and intend to use them until our move to Bulgaria is permanent at which time we will bring our own car with us. The reps English wasn`t great but then neither is our Bulgarian . . . we managed :-)

Excellent service for my second car rental from Motor Roads, friendly staff, drop off and pick all on schedule, fair prices and good vehicles . . . All good thank you and I will be booking again soon on my next visit to BG.

MOTOROADS provided great service at a last minutes notice. Firstly, Ivan met me promptly at the Burgas airport, secondly, they provided me with a 2014 Ford Fiesta when I paid for a 2008 and it was quite nice. FINALLY, they are by far, the most competitive price in Burgas for a rental car (forget the big brand names, MOTOROADS does it just as well). They conveniently met me at a location of my choosing at the end of my 3 days to drop off the car (oh, and they last minute were able to extend the car to me for an extra day). All around great experience and when I plan to visit my girlfriend there each summer I will not search for any other providers; rather, go directly to them. Thanks again guys and see you next summer or maybe sooner! - Seth Yumich

Great experience. & passenger van and the service provided a car topper luggage carrier without my asking for it. The people were friendly and the vehicle was as requested.
