Excellent service as usual! Fifth time renting from MOTOROADS. Service has always been on point. Even though our flight was delayed a bit, MOTOROADS representative (Ema) was there waiting for for us to meet and greet us at the exit of the baggage gate. After a quick run through the documents and formalities we got the keys and papers and we headed down to pickup the car. A walk around the car for any damages on the car and off we were. No problems whatsoever with the car during our use (10 days - Sofia to north of Bulgaria)And upon return (very early) 5am at terminal 2. We were again greeted by a MOTOROADS representative. Who kindly asked us to check, if we didn`t leave any belongings in the car, e, g, like a phone / wallet or more important a pasport. But all was good. Handed over the papers and keys and back again in our home town. We`re always glad to rent from MOTOROADS! No hassle, and easy to contact them, if there is anything. Highly recommended! Car rentals

This is the second time that I have hired a car from MOTOROADS and again, everything was perfect. You will receive an email confirming all your booking details. The prices are as good as any other car hire company. You are met on arrival by a friendly memeber of the MOTOROADS team who take you to the car which is parked nearby. Although I didn`t need them, Snowchains and a ski rack were provided. The car was clean and exactly as expected. When you return to the airport, a member of the team is waiting for you and you simply need to pull over, remove your belongings and the car is driven away for you. MOTOROADS make everything very simple and the team are very friendy. When I considered the cost of a transfer to my destination, it didn`t cost me much more to drive myself and have the convenience of a car while I was in Bulgaria. Everything worked perfectly. The car was almost new, very clean, the child seat was the proper one, the car was fully fueled, even sun visor for the child was available. The service is great.
