This was the second time we have used MOTOROADS and are still impressed with the service received. The rep was waiting for us at the airport and we received an upgraded car at no extra cost although not sure why :-) We have just booked for a third time and intend to use them until our move to Bulgaria is permanent at which time we will bring our own car with us. The reps English wasn`t great but then neither is our Bulgarian . . . we managed :-) Car rentals

Dear reader! I decided to rent a car at MOTOROADS due to the transparent, easy to use website and competitive prices. They promise no extra and hidden charges and they stick to that promise. Their attitude toward a customer is professional as well as it is kind. The MOTOROADS team answers all the e-mail questions promptly and satisfactory. They waited for me at the airport when I arrived, helped me put the luggage into a trunk of the car, which was a nice gesture and helped me with the drop of as well. It was my first time driving in Sofia and because of the traffic jam I delayed the drop off for half an hour and it didn’t cause any problems for me, which was excellent. They also checked my flight schedule to reassure me that I’m still on time, since you can imagine one can get nervous in a jam trying to catch a plane. The car was in a good shape, no complains. The only downside that I experienced was a GPS. Since they knew I was traveling to another country and which one, it would be very useful if the GPS had updated maps, unfortunately it didn’t recognize the neighbor country. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely rent a car at MOTOROADS again. Best regards, Blanka Car rentals

The car we rented in burgas was delivered and picked up exactly on time. The car was in good working order and clean. The small existing damage was pointed out to me by the polite and helpful staff. Very good value, and will use again. Car rentals

As always, a great service provided by MOTOROADS. I traveled with my two little girls and we were greeted at the airport by the representative as promised and he was very nice and courteous. I got an upgrade on my car as the type of a car I requested was not available, so they gave me an SUV, which was great given that I had 2 children traveling with me. I had no issues with the car while I had it. There was also a representative waiting for us the morning of our departure out of Bulgaria, as promised, which once again was great. Excellent service. I applied for medium class car and was provided with 2013 Peugeot 308, which was delivered to my home address on the prescheduled time and picked up from there at no cost. Excellent car, almost new, impeccably clean, fuel efficient and comfortable. I will not hesitate to rent again from this company and to recommend it highly to all prospective travelers. Car rentals
