Very friendly reception at the airport and transfer of the car. Although not the youngest the car was well maintained and of good quality. We didn`t have any problems with the car, which enabled us a good holiday time. Good price-quality ratio overall! Car rentals

We were met in Bulgaria by helpful, efficient staff. They were on time and there were no language problems because they always sent a fluent English speaker. The car was clean and well maintained overall. We had a problem with the car when it stopped working, after contacting MOTOROADS they quickly sent the team to where we were, and they dealt with it brilliantly because it turned out to be our own fault having left an internal light on and drained the battery! Oops. But they were really nice about it and offered us an alternative vehicle for the day so we wouldn`t have to change our plans which was great. As it turned out we were able to continue with the same car, but the fact that they offered was great service, we really appreciated it, thank you MOTOROADS team! I would be happy to use MOTOROADS again. Car rentals

I was greeted upon my arrival even though my flight was almost 90 minutes late. It took me less than 10 minutes to fill all paperwork and get going. The car wa in good condition and exactly as promised, including booster seat. Returning the car took exactly 3 minutes. A representative was already waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. We have used MOTOROADS a few times now, and trusted them 100% when we flew into Sofia recently, and hired an MPV to travel across Bulgaria and into Greece. They organised all the paperwork, the vehicle was perfect, with spare tyre, tool kit, maps etc, and they met us at the airport as we stepped off the plane. I would not hesitate recommend these guys, and have already secured them some more business from a friend in the UK, who travels soon.
